Our origin

Built from two worlds.

Since 2016, Simple Mind has operated at the intersection of two disciplines: client-focused software delivery and independent product development.

We started as an engineering company, building platforms for clients who needed reliability, not promises. Over time, we expanded into our own products, applying the same engineering rigour to solve problems in fuel operations, data infrastructure, and logistics.

Today, we operate as both a technology services company and a software product house, with our headquarters in India, clients across multiple continents, and a growing portfolio of proprietary platforms.

Uri is the Founder & CEO of SimpleMind India Pvt Ltd, with deep expertise across enterprise technology, product strategy, and offshore delivery. With a background in both management consulting and software architecture, he combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

He founded the company in 2016 with a clear belief: engineering excellence and business outcomes must go hand in hand. Under his leadership, SimpleMind has evolved into a dual-track organization- delivering high quality technology services while building proprietary products in active commercial use. His approach is grounded in transparency, long-term partnerships, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

Our .NET team builds enterprise-grade web applications, APIs, backend services, and complex data-intensive systems using the full Microsoft stack. People & Culture (HR)

Building the team that builds everything else.

Our HR department manages the full talent lifecycle at SimpleMind, from sourcing and onboarding the engineers and consultants who power our projects, to building the culture and practices that ensure they remain productive, motivated, and aligned with the company's values. For clients engaging our Dedicated Development Teams service, our People & Culture team handles all HR, compliance, and administration so you can focus entirely on delivery.

Marketing & Business Development

Connecting our engineering capability to the clients who need it most.

The Marketing & Business Development team drives SimpleMind's positioning, growth and expansion across all target markets. This team owns lead generation, partnership development, content strategy, and product marketing for SOLO ETL and FUEL PLUS.

QA & Testing

Because software that almost works is software that doesn't work.

Our QA team operates independently from development to design. This structural separation means that quality assurance is never an afterthought, a checkbox, or a phase that gets cut when timelines are tight. Every project we deliver goes through a defined testing lifecycle, and our QA engineers are embedded from the first sprint, not parachuted in at the end.
