Always yours. All code is written, committed, and deployed on your infrastructure from day one. We operate inside your Git repositories, your CI/CD pipelines, and your cloud environments. When the engagement ends, everything stays, there is nothing to transfer.
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any technical discussion involving sensitive business logic, data, or architecture. We can typically review and countersign within 24 hours of receiving a draft.
Integration is one of our core competencies. We have built integrations for SAP Business One, Salesforce, custom REST and GraphQL APIs, legacy SQL systems, third-party logistics platforms, and more. If it has an API or a database, we can connect to it.
Every launch includes a hypercare period, typically two to four weeks of active monitoring and rapid-response support. After that, we offer ongoing maintenance and support engagements, or you can operate the system independently with full documentation and handover.
Yes. Full IP ownership is standard in every engagement. We do not retain rights to any code, design, or documentation produced during the project. This is written into every contract, not something you need to negotiate separately.
Yes, for dedicated team engagements. You interview the candidates, review their portfolios, and make the final selection. We handle the employment relationship, HR, and day-to-day management, but the team is yours to direct.
Practitioners. Every consultant at Simple Mind has hands-on engineering background. We do not place pure strategy consultants on technical engagements. When we give architecture advice, it is because we have built it, not because we have read about it.
